Joaquin Ten and His Paella Valenciana

This short was created by the inspiration of my Valencian friend Joaquin. His family has lived for generations in a small village outside Valencia in Llevia.

He happily invited us into his home to make the famous local dish ‘Paella Valenciana’. He spoke of the history of Valencia Community and the dish that we came to enjoy.
