Playa Ambolo – Swimming with the Locals

Playa Ambolo is an amazing pristine beach that is located near Javea (Xábia). Due to the fact that it is a bit difficult to access, the hidden beach can have fewer people. There are incredible fish to swim with, as well as the occasional cormorant. We discovered a mother and her chicks as she was teaching them how to catch fish.

We will venture back to this beach to explore the underwater cave in the island rock which you can see in the film at 2:04. Where does it go? We look forward to finding out on the next visit.
